Terms of Booking
Please read the following terms and conditions before making an appointment. By booking an appointment, it is assumed you agree to these terms.

1. Payment
Payment for appointments can be made via cash or card at the time of appointment, or Bacs within 1 week of the appointment.
Please note card payments are subject to a £2 transaction fee.
Invoices for Bacs payments will be sent via email, and payment is required within 7 days of this. Failure to do so may result in the addition of late payment charges.
A receipt is issued via email following payment.
2. Cancellation/ Changing of appointments
Please get in contact as soon as possible if you wish to cancel or change your appointment booking. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours notice will be charged a 50% fee.
3. Non-attendence
If you do not attend your appointment without prior notification, the appointment is non-refundable and will be charged at full price.
4. Reports/ Correspondence
Clinically necessary reports such as GP and Veterinarian letters will be submitted, with your permission, to the relevant parties free of charge.
Insurance reports and correspondence are also submitted free of charge.
General appointment reports are not routinely sent to clients, due to the time it takes to translate the abbreviations and specialist terminology used in clinical notes. If you wish to receive an appointment report, this is available at an additional cost of £15 per appointment. On receipt of payment, the report will be sent via email within 5 working days.
5. Insurance
Some insurance companies will cover the cost of physiotherapy sessions. Please check with your insurer prior to booking if you intend to use this.
Payment for appointments is required from you, and you may then claim-back the costs from your insurer.
6. Confidentiality and GDPR
All personal information is treated as confidential, and is not disclosed to any third party without your prior permission, except where required by law.
Complete Veterinary Physiotherapy is registered with the ICO under the GDPR/Data Protection Act 2018. As such, all personal information is treated in accordance with these regulations.
